Isolate your users’ sending with Channels
A Channel is a dedicated, isolated sending environment within your Helo account — one per user, one per customer, one per tenant. Think of it as giving each of your users their own private lane on the highway: they can drive as fast or as recklessly as they want, and it doesn’t affect traffic in anyone else’s lane. Create one Channel for each of your platform’s users, and you get:- Isolated sending reputation. Each Channel’s deliverability stands on its own. One user’s spam complaints don’t spill over into another’s.
- Dedicated stats and insights. See opens, clicks, bounces, and complaints per Channel — so you (or your users, if you expose this data to them) get an accurate picture of each customer’s sending, not a blended average across your whole platform.
- Granular spam protection. If we catch a user sending spam, Helo can pause sending on that Channel alone. Every other Channel keeps sending without interruption.
Create Channels programmatically
With the Channels API, you can create, adjust, or delete Channels programmatically, making it easy to stand up new Channels as new users join (and pause or remove them when they churn).command-line
